I received my watch back from Citizen of America about 10 days after I sent it.
Watch looks as good as new and the only mark indicating that the service is performed is a dot on the case back (engraved) before the serial number.
Kudos to Citizen of America for taking a proactive stance in fixing this problem.

I got my watch back from them as well. I had sent it because it would fail to manually update at all. It worked fine for a day or 2 and is now doing the same thing.
Bought one of these based in part on your recommendation. Got a local dealer to match the best authorized dealer web price I could find, which was good. The watch had just arrived back from Citizen, having been updated. I mention this to give Citizen credit for proactively contacting dealers to update their inventory rather than making purchasers go through the process after buying the watch.
